A year ends. We look back, say thanks, and plan ahead. At the BST Power Shenzhen factory, we did just that—and we celebrated together. Our 2025 Annual Review & 2026 Kickoff wasn’t just a meeting. It was a day to honor our team, cheer for top performers, and get ready for what’s next.
Part 1: Leadership Sets the Vision
First, our leaders took the stage. They thanked every employee for their hard work. Then, they clearly reviewed our 2025 production results. They shared key output numbers and quality wins, but also talked about challenges we overcame.
